  • Scott Haiges

    CEO, Digital Harmonic LLC

    Scott has served as the CEO of Digital Harmonic since its inception, driving the company it from initial concept through to the development and commercialization of its products, where he has been responsible for negotiating strategic contracts across government, cable and OTT streaming industries. Additionally, Scott co-founded DH Medical after years of refining product market fit. Prior to joining Digital Harmonic, Scott was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the venture capital firm Aspire Ventures, joining after a successful exit of a medical marketing technology company which he founded.

  • Stephanie Diaz

    Chief Technology Officer

    Stephanie leads technology, product and algorithm development at Digital Harmonic, including dh/KeyFrame. She has strong experience in video processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Prior to Digital Harmonic, Stephanie's work set the true state of the art in solving multiple high-impact challenges in remote sensing, including critical improvements to airborne wide-area maritime search and rescue effectiveness. Her over ten years of software and electrical engineering experience have taken Stephanie across the globe to ensure the success of these real-world operations.

  • Javier Flaim

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Strategic and performance-focused executive with 25+ years of marketing, insights and innovation experience in venture-backed and growth stage organizations. Served in executive management (CEO/CMO/COO) and board seat positions at SaaS, FinTech, Sustainability and Marketing companies, helping both Fortune 50 and startup organizations develop and launch industry-changing products and services. MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics & Political Science from University of California, Berkeley.

    SVP, Growth & Partnerships

    Sales leader with over thirty years of successful experience developing and growing both direct and indirect sales channels Jack spent the large part of his career in Fortune 500 companies, most recently at HP, with the responsibility of creating new and focused sales channels to address specific markets and / or unique solutions. Jack will be leading the company’s sales operations and partner network.

    Jessica is responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day operations. She has deep experience in marketing and business development through her previous work in government contracting and hospitality.
